1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using iDrink.in services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Rental Agreement
When you rent a water purifier from iDrink.in:
- The equipment remains the property of iDrink.in throughout the rental period
- You agree to pay the monthly rental fee as per your selected plan
- A refundable security deposit is required at the time of installation
- The minimum rental period is as specified in your chosen plan
3. Installation and Maintenance
iDrink.in provides:
- Free installation within 48 hours of order confirmation
- Free maintenance and filter replacements during the rental period
- Free relocation within the same city (one per year)
- 24/7 customer support for service requests
4. Customer Responsibilities
As a customer, you agree to:
- Provide accurate installation address and contact information
- Ensure proper electrical connection and water supply at the installation site
- Use the equipment only for its intended purpose
- Not attempt to repair, modify, or tamper with the equipment
- Report any malfunction or damage promptly
- Allow access to technicians for scheduled maintenance
5. Payment Terms
Payment terms include:
- Monthly rent is due on the billing date each month
- Payment can be made via UPI, credit/debit cards, or net banking
- Late payments may incur additional charges
- Failure to pay may result in service suspension
6. Termination
Either party may terminate the rental agreement:
- Customer may cancel with 30 days written notice after the minimum period
- Equipment must be returned in good working condition
- Security deposit will be refunded within 15 business days after equipment pickup
- iDrink.in may terminate for non-payment or breach of terms
7. Liability
iDrink.in is not liable for:
- Damage caused by misuse or negligence
- Service interruptions due to force majeure events
- Issues arising from improper electrical or water connections
