Refund Policy

1. 30-Day Free Trial

We offer a 30-day free trial on all our water purifier rentals:

• First month rental (₹370) is waived as part of the free trial
• If you are not satisfied within 30 days, you may cancel without any charges
• Full security deposit will be refunded upon cancellation during the trial period
• Equipment pickup will be scheduled within 3 business days

2. Security Deposit Refund

Your security deposit is 100% refundable under the following conditions:

• Equipment is returned in good working condition
• No physical damage beyond normal wear and tear
• All outstanding rental dues are cleared
• Refund will be processed within 15 business days after equipment pickup

3. Cancellation Policy

To cancel your rental subscription:

• Contact our support team at least 30 days before your intended cancellation date
• Cancellation during minimum commitment period may be subject to early termination charges
• After minimum period, cancel anytime with 30 days notice
• We will schedule equipment pickup at your convenience

4. Early Termination

If you cancel before completing your minimum rental period:

• Early termination fee may apply based on remaining months
• This fee will be deducted from your security deposit
• Remaining deposit balance will be refunded
• No early termination fee during 30-day trial period

5. Refund for Prepaid Plans

For customers who prepaid for multiple months:

• Unused months will be refunded on pro-rata basis
• Discount benefits received will be adjusted in the refund calculation
• Refund will be processed to the original payment method

6. Deductions from Deposit

Deductions may be made from your security deposit for:

• Physical damage to the equipment (beyond normal wear and tear)
• Missing components or accessories
• Unpaid rental dues or service charges
• Early termination fees (if applicable)

7. Refund Process

Our refund process:

• Initiate cancellation request via phone or email
• Schedule equipment pickup
• Equipment inspection by our technician
• Refund processed within 15 business days
• Amount credited to your bank account or original payment method
